Photography has been my passion for many years. I've got my first camera from my grandpa when I was 10 years old. It was my dad's old camera. Over the next few years I've had a few more cameras and learned to use them properly. When I was 18 I've started working as a freelancer for school and college newspapers. Very shortly I've started selling my photos to local newspapers in Hamburg and a few national newspapers in Germany.

I have discovered various photographic techniques and learned to use them, but I also got to know the photographic equipment very well, so naturally when I moved to Ireland I've started working as a technical support specialist for Nikon, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) manufacturer of professional photographic equipment.

I've started taking photos of nature and landscapes during my long photo trips all over Ireland, both for pleasure and business (as a photographer for the Dublin Gospel Choir during their national tours and events such as Electric Picnic or album recording concerts).

I have been working as a full time photographer for more than a year now and I welcome you on my website.

I hope looking at the pictures I've taken will be as much pleasure as for me taking and processing them.
